Badge Program

Our badge program was launched in January 2017 in order to track and recognize players who make meaningful contributions to our communities both online and in-store.rnrnAll available badges are listed on MY PROFILE under the PROFILE tab.

When new members first sign up, all badges appear greyed out on their profile page. As points are earned, players move through the following levels: green, blue, red and gold.

Players who earn gold badges are recognized online and during in-store activities. Gold Badge Members also get special privileges and special offers that are not available to other members.

Most badges, such as VISIT BADGES, COMMENT BADGES and VIEW CONTENT badges, can be earned by visiting this website and participating in online activities. Some badges, however, require in person attendance at events.

CORE BADGES

Our Gold Badge Program consists of seven core badges. Members who have achieved gold level in all seven of these core badges are recognized online and at in-store events. They get special privileges and special offers. They are also invited to special events that are held exclusively for Gold Badge Members.

All badges except the Training Badge are automatically awarded by website software based on criteria programmed into the application. The Training Badge requires in person attendance to off court training programs. In order to earn the requirements for this badge, players must attend the events and sign in on the event sign in sheet at the store.

All off court training sessions count towards the Training Badge, including 3000 Steps, Tempo Training and Agility Training. However, players themselves are responsible for correctly entering their name on the event sign in sheet. Our staff are not responsible for double checking the sign in sheets or for reminding players to record their participation.

NUDGE BADGES

Nudge badges were created to encourage players to engage in certain activities which our coaches believe will help them increase their fitness and develop as players. While these badges do not count toward Gold Badge Member benefits, players will discover that earning these badges will earn them personal social and fitness benefits.

New players who are wondering what to do in order to become an active part of this community are advised to “work the badges”. By working the badges players will be helping to build an active community while simultaneously involving themselves in the activities of the community.
